I prefer something I can touch too. I have a binder, with tab dividers and they all have their sheets/record logs, along with feed card and receipt from when I got them.

I am currently using iHerp, but as soon as the snake rack is finished and set up, I'm going to switch to note cards.

Easier having something right there in front of the cage than to have to log onto a computer to update records. Plus if I need to look at something, it is again easier having it right there in front of me instead of logging onto a computer to do it. (I don't have Internet on my phone, but if I did it would still be a pain to have to log onto something instead of pulling out a card.)

Just Microsoft Notepad for me. If I need something, all I have to do is just print it out! haha

I use Herper Pro not for tracking feeding and what not but more for Inventory and Breeding Purposes. When I pair up I just click away who's being paired and the lineage for the clutches are done with pictures then I print out the Guarantee and all the paperwork very easy. It is a pain to input all the animals if you have a lot but still manageable.........But every tub in the racks have a feed card

I guess I should have told yall that I am super anal about my records. I use iHerp as my "online database" but I also have an excel spreadsheet and a hard copy. I have a binder with tabs for all the animal's individual records. I'm going to invest in a filing cabinet soon so within each snake's file there's a place for breeding records as well.

I was looking into HerperPro because you can make invoices and print out record booklets for each snake to send to their new owners. It also automatically makes a lineage page and a genetic guarantee page. Mine isn't really set up to do any of that. That's why I was looking for something else to supplement my records with.

I will ALWAYS keep a hard copy and back up my digital copies...that will never change. I was just looking into other options other than iHerp.

I use a notebook and then back all the information up in excel. Not the most extravagant, but it does the job.

Clipboard with printed tracking sheets for each snake and I periodically go log everything into iHerp.

I use reptile scan and couldn't be without it now. Feeding an entire rack with a few clicks is a great job.

I use OneNote. It syncs between my devices so it doesn't matter which I use and I can always have my notes with me, backed up by email, or printed.
