Enclosure too big??

    My two cents is that this is not a good enclosure for a BP, maybe it can be converted for something else but just the height of it really doesn't bode well. These are not particularly arboreal animals and they prefer to stay close to the ground about 80% of the time so I think the best enclosure should accommodate that, more horizontal space over vertical. He's probably hanging out there because it's where he feels the most secure.

    That cage would be great for something like a boa or a lizard but it isn't ideal for a BP.

    You could divide the cage in half to make 2x 4 foot long x 2 foot wide x 2 foot tall cages that you be much better for BP's

    This is what I house most of my BP's in, it is 2 x 2 x 1 (L x W x H)
