my day

I'm not bad with computers myself although I don't know enough to make a living at it or anything like my brother who does web development, etc. When I was in college I learned C++, which seems pretty pointless as no one I know uses it. But it filled some requirements for my major and I didn't have to Chemistry or Physics because of it.

haha yeah a bunch of my friends are programmers now and we used to tool around with all that stuff when we were younger.. I only briefly dipped into C++ but there are plenty of jokes about it haha. Ironic that I'm good with computers but so incredibly horrible with numbers. :)

Jonah, music IS math. You just don't know that you're good at math. :)

lol that's true but I do mostly jazzy or jam type stuff where you let your soul do the counting haha that way I just have to get my brain out of the way!

Yep, but it's still math, just on a very intuitive level for you. I know a composer who is also a math professor and I love how well that matches. :)

yeah my roomate and I came here as Classical Composition majors and he stuck with it, I changed to Comm.. he is a brilliant composer and he is also a brilliant mathmatician

sounds likely to me! I'm crazy and my girlfriend is a psychologist so we're perfect for eachother! haha (I'm not really crazy unless you count OutgoingnessxImpulsivenessxHumor)
