    thanks rusty, the balls at the shop and the bci have been together for a while...i hope that that was a positive sign.

    Anytime you get a new snake, you should examine for ticks also. I inadvertantly brought ticks into my home with my rescue case bp, but luckily I cleared them up. They are a nasty surprise if you don't check for adults on your newly acquired snake, and they end up breeding.
