If he enjoys making racks then... LUCKY YOU! You can always help him build the rack and learn while you're at it :) I want to build my own but I lack power tools... And I've never really built anything like that :<
Is your hubby into snakes or is he just kind of on the sideline? Either way he would probably want to feel "useful" and help his lady out ;)
All I used was a 4v "power" drill. They made all the necessary cuts if you do XPVC, It was pretty much Plugn'Play(or screw).

That's true. He loves building stuff, especially if I give him the general info and he gets to come up with designs himself. He was actually anti-snake up until I got my girl Henna in August. I wouldn't call him a snake lover by any means, but he's willing to learn and helps out etc :) My issue now is finding a local supplier of xpvc, as I really don't want another melamine rack.
I'll have to check out that supplier and see if they have any semi-local locations! Thanks :D

Id love a log cabin in the middle of an enchanted forest with an upstairs bonus room full of snake racks... He can design it himself... :D

We've already designed log cabins and houses in enchanted forests (Complete with unicorn stables and dragons' roost) :D It's the whole money part that we always seem to get stuck on. :P
