    If you don't want to deal with the CO2 chamber, at least do cervical dislocation before putting them in the freezer.

    Torture, for any animal, pet or food, is WRONG. Period.

    K, I'm not going to kill the feeders and freeze them, because my snakes won't eat them f/t. Thanks for the advice but I can't do that. I have housing, I just don't know how to get a snake to eat. And how do you get the picky ones onto rats?

    I would personally never leave a live rat unattended with my balls, to me just not worth the risk. I don't feed live any more but when I did I stood by with a pencil to stick it the rats mouth in case the rat was in a position to bite my balls.
