Weird looking scale.

Wow, Monty actually had a what I thought was a dark scale like that before he died. Maybe that was a tick too!? I took him to the vet after I got him (before I noticed the "scale"), and he didn't even notice it. Another possible sign that the pet store I got him from was bad! :evil:

Who knows how long Jojo had it but he was not showing any signs of being sick. I pick him up every day and look at him very closely to see if he has any wounds or whatever. I notice that "scale" a couple of weeks ago and just dismissed it as such. He was about to shed and i decided to wait till after he shed to get worried about it. Well I actually took him to the herp shop to get him sexed they do it for free and i brought it up to the guy. When he said it was a tick i was amazed on how much it looked like as normal scale.

The lesson here is to pay close attention to every aspect of your BP's life.
