I didn't see it mentioned, so I will ask. How thick is your substrate? When using cypress / aspen etc it should only be around 1/2" that can affect your surface temps greatly. You should definitely be checking the glass directly over the UTH, all of mine push all of the substrate out of their hide and sleep directly on the glass. Goofballs :rolleye2:
