My tastes are pretty eclectic these days, but still lots of metal/hardcore, some pop, and classic rock.

200GB not too bad! I've only 104GB at the moment. If you like blackened death i suppose you will like this...http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zN248Gc4oH8

Depends I suppose, haha. Cleaning at work? Deathklok, Rob Zombie, Korn, Slipknot, Breaking Benjamin, general alt rock and metal. Reading or chilling out at home is a lot of classical and instrumental, soundtracks are a good one (Zoe Keating! I love cellos). Driving I'll listen to some top 40 stations, but I get picky about the music (I can't stand Katy Perry's voice, I don't know what it is, I just can't).

And there's just a filler eclectic mix of songs I like, from Jack Johnson to Volbeat to Flogging Molly to, well, anything I happen to like the sound of (including some country ;) ). When I was still doing SCA things I collected some smaller artists who do renaissance/medieval themed music that's fun to listen to, and I'm always a sucker for the circus music from the place I used to volunteer at (Circus Contraption – Marshmallows and a Holy Bible is one of my favorites).

Grew up on Korn, Slipknot (and Papa Roach, Mudvayne etc)..I think everyone did that was born in the early 90's. Well everyone at my school did at least lol.

I like a lot of country actually. Love Ryan Bingham, he's not that huge over here, but i think he's a lot more popular in America.

I love his voice! So rough. http://youtu.be/ZMYCyr3Rs8Y

    Everything

Metal, classic rock, classical, 50s,60s,70s,80s...country, grunge, techno, dance, pop, poprock...

There are some rap songs I like, but very few.

    Bieber..no. Minaj, no.

I was singing to the backstreet boys and N'sync at Tiajuana Flats the other night

My preferences in music run a little "weird" sometimes but since you asked, here are some artists and groups I've been listening to lately:

    Sunset Rubdown
    Astronautalis
    The Books
    Regina Spektor
    Page Francis
    The National
    Bowerbirds
    Neutral Milk Hotel

I run the gamut (ha, musical pun) when it comes to genres. I hardly ever listen to the radio though, so I'm clueless when it comes to top 40 stuff.

The National are awesome! Do you like Bon Iver too? Seeing him on Thursday in London.
