I clean with f10 everytime somebody poops or pees. If I'm changing towels, they are getting f10. I also wipe out and rinse my water bowls each time I change water, this helps keep hard water grungess from forming. They get f10 and rinsed once a week too.

I order from John and Mel as well personally I use the recommended cleaner the F10 detergent (F10SCXD) it is good I like the F10 soap as well. To Canada the shipping is about the same and the final pricing isn't very different but it comes WAY faster so I prefer to order from the UK.

I've been cleaning weekly with healthy habitat from reptile basics and I plan on disinfecting with chlorhexadine once a month. So I guess this isn't frequent enough? And is healthy habitat a cleaner or just a deodorizer? I plan on using aspen, do I dump out all the aspen once a week then?

I wish reptile basics would ship f10 to California... Zzz... I guess I would have to order from lllreptile since they're pretty close by so shipping wouldn't be as much :P

I use a diluted bleach solution. A few teaspoons in a gallon of warm, not hot, water. I rinse them out afterwards as well.

Make sure you rinse bleach solutions really well or expose it to UV light for 24 hours to neutralize the bleach reptiles react poorly to it. It also needs to be used on clean enclosures so some sort of soap needs to be used first. It also has a longer contact time.
