If it's not a burn, burn its an irritation of some sort. It looks painful.

What kind of bedding are you using. How wet is it?

I was going to suggest that maybe the previous owner had her on some sort of bedding that could have caused that. Kind of like beardies on calci-sand. But if she's shed for you I would imagine it would have removed whatever stains. Maybe she is just a real orangebelly lol

My snakes will sometimes get a weird brown/orange/red color from Repti-bark, I stopped using it for that reason actually (didn't seem to harm them at all, but I don't like the idea of my snakes getting stained)

Or maybe the belly is actually that orange, keep an eye on her behavior, make sure there isn't anything that could be considered an irritant, and if the color stays? Cool! Maybe try and breed it out

I can only guess, but I think it would be using food coloring on your animal to make it look 'special' and sell it as if it were genetic. Since you are not selling, I would rule that out.

I've got 1.1 c.h. babies that have that same belly thing going on. It has paled out over the last 6 months but they both are pretty orangeish colored on the sides darking as it comes up the back. Dinker project for me. Only time will tell Wth is going on.

I bought a snake that was on newspaper that looked like that the ink stained the snake. It was the sales ad the smooth shiny paper not the normal rough paper

My hatchlings looked like that while I had them on repti-zorb. I would put them on sani-chips and within a shed their bellies would be back to white. Within days of being back on the repti-zorp sheets, the orange/brown coloration was back. I have since stopped using Repti-zorb sheets. I have no idea what else could have contributed to this as everything else remained the same.
