    OK, more for an old man than a stp. :) I think he looks like a Vlad. Alternatively, I think Judge would be a fine name for him.

    Also, you may want to get to know him for a week or so prior to naming him. Give yourself a chance to really see the different facets of his personality - a name may come to mind that suits him perfectly once you get to know him.
