I like to put my mousicles in a zip lock bag and let the bag rest in a container of HOT tap water for like 15 min, the mouse realy soaks up the heat and gets a little stinky from being locked in a plastic bag.

Everyone has offered good advive (or hilarious images, in the case of Smulkin!) but I'd like to clarify one thing: If he ultimately refuses the rodent tonight, then wait at least a week before trying again. Generally, trying to feed every couple of days can stress balls out very easily.

To go along with Judy you can leave the rodent in overnight and shut all the lights (he may be a private dancer) if the mouse is there in the morning (awww no luvin for the mouse) wait a while like Judy said.
