I'll vouch for Gundy as well. He's not BHB or NERD, but the guy literally put his phone number out on YouTube and told anyone that wanted to or had a question could go ahead and call him. That's taking customer service to a higher level if you ask me.

He has definitely been really helpful to me, he has dealt with all of my questions and when I visited him he showed me all of his reptiles. It was a great experience.
