I always try to tell people who are looking to buy their first ball to buy a female. If you decide you can't take care of her anymore, it would be much easier to sell a healthy female adult that a male. Also if you decide you would like to breed some day down the line, you already have the hard part done..... Growing out a female.

No, it means it shows an extreme form of the neurological condition tied to the spider gene.

Which means it probably looks like this when it moves.

No all spiders carry the problem but the amount it is expressed varies not only from snake to snake but throughout the snakes life as well.

The one labeled that way doesn't have a wobble, I handled it to see if it was a female. It's a little on the skinny side though. It didn't cork screw when I set it down ether. the people at that shop are a little miss informed about things lol

i just checked lllreptile.com and they have some cheap baby yellow belly ball pythons. Those look pretty nice.
