I have bedroom that is not connected to forced air heat here in Toledo Ohio and I use a Biosmart far infrared all winter long. I didn't get the fancy one because I had a few doubts and they are not cheap. Any way here is a factory link and you decide for yourself.

i know its been said. But i have a 3x2x2 JCP cage(pvc) and i use a 80 watt RHP and it never goes over 15% usage. The room varies depending on temps outside/house since the room is not heated. But between all the racks and BD cage it stays between 80-85 during the day and 75-80 at night.
