I'm using the 10g aquarium set-up from the pet store as well and to raise the humidity I cover 5/6 of the screen or so with a moistened hand towel and it seems to keep the humidity around 50%. She has only shed once so far and it went well. I am using aspen substrate and a few pumps with a spray bottle and covering it back up with the moist towel seem to keep it around 70%. Hope this helps.
