Thanks for the advice on the 30 gallon tank guys.
To answer some questions, he is a male, and I don't know what I'm going to name him yet. I've thrown some names around, but I haven't decided on one yet. I think I'll wait until I get him.
Here is a link with info on my snake if you want to check him out, and there's a picture too. You can click on him to see a bigger picture. But I can't post the picture here. Here is the link:

Looks like he has some nice contrast to him. I am sure you will be very happy with him. I can't pick out names for my critters before seeing them, either. If I did, the name might not suit once I got him. :)

holy cow!!! that is some record keeping! (I clicked on Gens link) you're getting a pedigree!

What a cute little guy Gen! :D Congrats!

Congrats gen! Consider yourself highly intelligent, for not buying your second BP from a rinky-dink pet store. Nice record keeping they've done with that little guy. I am sure you'll be happy with him. :)

He's gorgeous, Gen! SnakeKeeper may charge a little more than your average breeder...but their snakes look like they're worth every penny and more! When it comes time for me to get my own, I will seriously consider going through them.
Freak...bp morphs are CRAZY! Seems like a really enjoyable investment to get into, doesn't it???

Yeah, I've been very impressed with Snake Keeper so far, including their detailed records and pictures. They are really nice on the phone too. They're are a bit pricey, but I think it will be worth it. I saw that little guy and I just had to have him.

well it seems a bit pricey but when you think of it this way - 32$ is a cheap CB BP okay and shipping is gonna run 35-40$ min. so right there is a minimum of 67$ Snakekeeper is 100$ for a normal 75$ for expensive meet me at the airport shipping and a 7.50$ box fee. So we're looking at a very inexpensive CB BP with no records and probably minimal breeder contact for 67$ minimum vs. a pedigree animal with detailed records guaranteed feeding and breeder assured contact and promises - from a very well known and renowned breeder for like 175$ tops. And you really can't put a price tag on peace of mind and breeder contact. So while it is expensive it really is worth it.

I'm actually paying somewhat less than that, because I live in California like they do and it's not costing as much to ship it.
