Id this species? Plus questions on blue tongue skink

just some updated pics of whats going on, this is his new enclosure and he is loving it. he eats like u wouldn't believe haha. im also about to refinish the stand... idk whos idea it was to paint it that ugly tanish yellow.... lol!

That is a nice looking blue tongue skink, it is definitely NOT a Northern though. What makes you think it is? I can tell you that is is definitely an Irian Jaya blue tongue skink from Indonesia.
