that's not too bad. 10 would be pushing it. Plus, when held, they don't seem that big.

    thanks everyone.

So, I got her yesterday around 5pm. Cleaned her 48"x25"x17" wooden set up, which is not bad. I decided to try feeding her first day like I do all my snakes I get. I thawed out a huge 492gram rat. Around 8:30 I held it in front of her to see if she would go at like my balls, but nothing. So, I happened to read that "garbage disposal" thread luckily before I even got her...

Around 9, I went to check, and she had eaten it. Super happy. I'm guessing she is 6 feet for sure. Super thick.

I won't lie. Since this is the biggest snake, and strongest reptile I've ever owned, I did not sleep well. Why? I was a bit nervous about the first night, that she would get out. She is super calm when held, and hasn't even coiled or attempted to strike, so I have to understand that, and feel more confident.

I haven't given her a name. My last adopted female I named Crystal. I don't have any themes going on.

    Thanks again everyone.
