    Unprinted newspaper! Because there's no such thing as "spot cleaning" the whole tub gets cleaned So my snakes are always in a clean tub:gj:

    Nah im not saying dont switch. I just dont like it when people conform to one thing just bc they see alot of other people doing it. I guess if its to save some $$$ tho then it doesnt exactly apply here. But yea anyways, if aspen works for YOU then dont be afraid to keep using it lol.

    I use both, actually. I line the floor with unprinted paper, then add a thin layer of aspen. Since I only have a few reptiles in the house, and they all live in homemade cages, I wanted things to look nice but still be easy to clean and not too expensive. :)

    Yeah I was just shocked how many people are already doing it. I was just unaware pretty much. I got a big box of aspen for free and I'm starting to dwindle it down. I got a baby on the way so I'm just trying to figure out the most cost effective way without negatively affecting my bps. :)
