How often do you take your snakes to the vet for checkups

ive taken hydra in a few times since her initial, only because she was diagnosed with pinworms and the doctor had to give her meds because i didn't feel comfortable doing it myself.

My Vet, Dr. Balonik (might have the spelling wrong on that) charged me 40 bucks yesterday for a thorough check-up, a sex probe & fecal sample. I figured that to be a pretty nice deal!

My vet charges me $55 (includes exam and fecal). I'm getting 2 new snakes this weekend, so I'm going to see (fingers crossed) that she'll give me a discount if I bring them in at the same time.

I'll be getting a Rough Scaled Sand Boa and a Saharan Sand Boa. Not BPs - but I'll be posting pics like any proud parent!
