ok. and how do you control the temperate of the che? or does how hot it gets just depend on the wattage?
I would just hook the light fixture with the CHE to another thermostat with the probe on the cool side

You can either use a thermostat just like with a heat mat, or get the right wattage/regulate down with a lamp dimmer.

gotchaaaa. alrighty well i guess im gonna return the heat mat i got for the cool side.. keep the thermostat i bought for it and buy a 60 watt CHE with a dome. thanks for all the info everyone!!
