    Thank you! after checking it out, I decided it is a black rat, and I released back into the wild. as cute as it was its not what I wanted. hopefully it will atleast take up residence under my porch or something :] thanks for the help everyone!

    It's a black rat snake that's just the juvenile pattern. It'll darken up as it gets older.

    Also, there is no diffusion on this guy, so he might be a hybrid. only my guess, probably is someone's pet, but def. a hybrid. Looks more like a charcoal than Anery A, In a way..
