I would say small if your are 5-6 110. Unless your bust goes beyond a C or if you are not comfortable in "form" fitting shirts.
I am 5'9ish about 140 and I wear a medium

I'd say small as well. I'm 5'7" but considerably larger than a B cup and I wear medium most of the time. Unless it's a tight fitting material, then you might want medium.

I'm 5'7 and ~130 pounds (D cup) and I wear a small unless I need a medium to accomodate my chest... I think small would be a safe bet :gj:

Agreed! Always go smaller in doubt that way she doesn't freak and think your calling her fat in a subtle way! Been there done that.
