I always let people come try it! But most can not go back to what they've had prior once it's been tried. My grandfather and I actually have "espresso battles" to see who can brew the best shot from time to time. when my gaggia and grinder were in the top of their game I was beating him every shot, sadly I have to go to his house at the moment for a good shot
