    I think I was talking to somebody at a herp show about incubators and they told me their Hovabator was junk. Jeff, webmaster of www.leo-land.net, also agreed. I think reptile incubation requires still air... poultry needs the air circulation. I could be wrong though.

    Reptile eggs could need air circulation to maintain even temps all through the incubator, but if your super duper incubator does it for you, no need for fans. Also, humidity is a concern with reptile eggs.

    I have two hovabators, and they work great. Of course I hook them up to a herpstat, I don't use the wafer thermostat included.
    I'm going to need to build a big fridge incubator or something, though. I tried using a closet, and it just ate my power bill, and it was really hard to keep the temps stable. (I had it insulated, too).
