I hear ya. My missing guy is a 66% poss het albino. Fortunately he left his clutchmate behind. Maybe we could work something out next season if I don't have a mate for him by then.

I am really sorry to read that; I know how it feels. My first BP, a fiesty little female that I got a year ago last Nov, got out on us a few months ago becuz a friend of mine did not close the cage right. She was found by us a week later, frozen in the floorboards of our basement. We had looked for her for days in the basement, which is a frigid dirt-floor affair, and not found her. But that morning we did, and she appeared freshly dead, and I honestly cried for an hour about it. Here's a piccy of my beloved "*****.".... She had a nippy attitude but never refused a feeding, and was so cute and fat. :(

I'm not sure where you are, or what the cost would be for shipping, but the folks I got Magellan from still have some possible Het albino males. We saw them at the Tempe Reptile show yesterday, and they had at least a couple males still.
Magellan is a possible Het albino, in that, according to the breeders, a couple of his siblings were albinos (they had a real pretty female albino there for sale, but right now, $3000 for another snake isn't in the budget). In that, it's possible he carries the gene, but like so many things in genetics, it's not guaranteed. However, he's healthy, and the folks I bought him from seem to be fairly committed to responsible breeding and selling. As I recall, they only charged $75 for Magellan.
If you're interested in contacting them to see what they might have, and how much to ship it from Flagstaff to your location (if they'll ship), I can give you their e-mail address.
