Everyone is giving good advice but they seem to have missed the part of you being broke. Also if it was only a day or two after leaving your breeder for a health check and he is not the person you bought from I doubt they came from there. Also be certain it is mites. Google images of snake mites. And you should inform the breeder that he has mites as a curtiosity so he can take precautions. If you are certain it is mites then here is my advice. Go to Walmart. Buy (I know you are broke its only $3) buy a small bottle of betadine. It'll be in the first aide section. Looks like iodine. While you are there go back to the site to store area. Grab an employee coming or going into the back and ask for some small boxes. They will give them to you. Depending on the size of your enclosure will dictate what size box you need. Get plenty of them. Go home and empty everything out of his cage into a plastic trash bag. Throw it on the porch (you can deal with it later). Put your bp in a tuperware container with warm water and a few drops of the betadine. Just enough water to come about halfway up his sides. The water and betadine solution should look like really weak ice tea. It don't take a lot. Also make sure that the lid has sufficient air holes. Set him aside for now. Goto his cage. And scrub the crap out of it with 1 part bleach water and 5 parts water. Scrub with dish soap and water to get rid of the bleach and rinse completely. Dry it out and allow it to air dry until there is no chemical smell at all. Use newspaper or paper towels for substrate and a cardboard box as a hide. Hope you enjoyed the cleaning because you need to do this everyday for about the next 10 days. Throw away the hide and paper substrate every time. As for the bag of stuff out side what I would do is throw it away and start over but you can sanitize it with bleach water solution and allow it to sun bake in direct sunlight for a day or if it won't melt you can put it in your oven for 30 minutes at 250 degrees. Good luck.
