    This happend to my rescued RTB. He had tons of issues but the vet told us he was losing his skin due to mites, internal parasites (which were eating him inside out) and scale rot. It was really bad especially before he passed. We had him for 3-4 years and he never really healed up right. Vet gave us anti-botics to apply as a cream, then some shots.

    Personally, I would pay the extra and rush the poor guy in. It cannot be comfortable and I know reptiles take forever to heal up. Good luck. Keep us updated.
