Tried assist feeding today guys and no luck. Attempted about 10 Times and he just kept spitting the Mouse back out

I would let him chill for a few days after the assist try and try a live fuzzy left in overnight with him.

Try balling up pieces of newspaper around the tub to make him feel more hidden. I would give him a week without handling him what so ever and try a size smaller than normal. He will be very stressed especially after the attempted assist feeding
