    Ah, Gerbils. The other, other white meat. :lol:

    John, I live in Maine and am considering starting "Cheap Feeder Gerbil Ranch" for Northern New England Python owners interested in Gerbils for less than 6 or 7 bucks a pop. More like $2.

    I'll keep you posted.

    John...their size is deceptive because they're all leg, ears and tail. But, full grown, they are at least half-again bigger than gerbils, not counting the ears, legs and tails.

    Ken, that doesn't sound like a bad idea.....would you be freezing them to sell in bulk? I've had too many pet gerbils to be comfortable feeding them live or fresh-killed...but I could probably do frozen ones if I needed to.

    I think thats a good idea also ken, start pumping out gerbils like theres no tommorow and I bet youll make some cash :D

    has anyone looked into the nutritional value that gerbils have?
    Just wondering, on all my charts I can see many other food source values, but not gerbils.
    Anyone know?
