What do you pay for live feeders?
Yeah I change it every couple days. And of course around shedding/pooping time; the snake poops in the water bowl. Appearantly I have a toilet trained snake. Much easier to clean than in the corner of the cage or under a hide.
Are bps "clean" animals? I've found that my bd spends 99% of its time in its hides, but every time its defacated (white or the black stuff), it does it outside of its hide. Whats up with that?

They don't want predators being able to track them to the burrows where they're sleeping during the day by the smell of their feces. A lot of reptiles will go in water because the water they encounter naturally is likely to carry it away from them.
