    I'll second this, you need to get some moisture into those eggs. Put a damp (not wet!) paper towel over them and keep changing it as it dries out. Your substrate is too dry and they're dehydrated.

    The humidity in the box can be perfect, but the substrate can be wrong causing dehydration. I hope it works out for you!

    How deep is your perlite? If your incubation medium isnt deep enough it's difficult to maintain proper humidity.
