Get a small paper bag, like the kind you get at fast food restaurants, put a live small pinky and the snake in the bag, double fold the bag so it's difficult for the snake to escape, put the bag with the snake and the pinky back in the tank and secure that. Leave the snake alone overnight. Chances are that doing this once or twice will get him back on feed. I've produced several hundred peublans and have used this method on them and thousands of other milks and kings.

Do exactly what has already been stated. You will be fine. The snake will eat.

The Pueblan baby died Sunday. Either it was stressed out or something was wrong with it. I got a yearling Nelson's milksnake & am really enjoying this girl. She isn't nearly as skittish & actually comes out of hiding & the man I purchased her from fed her in front of me so she eats very well. I am thinking that I just did not have any experience & like he told me I should not have bought a snake that young. I am supposed to be getting a mosaic California king snake hatchling after its eaten 4 or 5 times so this one I guess I am just going to leave him alone & all until he gets bigger to avoid stressing him out.

Thank you all for your help. I really appreciate it.
