    I'm under the impression there are a few different kinds of RTBs including BCI and BCC. I'm new to boas though.

    BCIs arn't "true redtails" - those are the BCC boas such as the Peruvians, Guyanas, Surinames, etc So technically when someone says they have a "colombian red tail boa" it's not totally correct IMO. And it's Colombian with an O not a U, I see that typo a lot too.

    BCIs would be CAs (Nics), Hogs, Colombians (which I believe the OP's boa is a normal Colombian BCI boa)
