I'm sorry to hear that. Next year build an incubator out of a styrofoam cooler. Been using one for over three years and it cost me about $10 to make and also use a tub with a good bit of medium to hold more heat.

I'd say you are losing them. I thought I remembered something being wrong with your bator or your substrate, that could definitely do it.
