Congrats on the first feeding and new baby!
There are a few things that can go wrong w/ F/T.
-If the animal was not frozen right away after death, it can result in a rotting feeder.
-Freezing does not kill parasites. Eggs can lie dormant for months and will hatch when the ideal conditions arise (i.e. room temp or inside your snake).
-If a feeder is not thawed out all the way, the innards will still be frozen. Putting a frozen thing inside a coldblooded animal can put their system into shock and may result in a regurge too.
Either way, there are risks with both f/t and live. Both have to be handled responsibly.
I personally feed live in their own tubs.
And like everyone said, there is no such thing as cage aggression. However, a strong feeding response can be mistaken as aggression.
