Put the live rat/mouse back in a holder tank with some food and water until the next feeding attempt. About as simple as throwing away a thawed rat/mouse if uneaten and thawing a new one at the next feeding attempt. :)

Yes, it would be common sense that a boiling food item in a snake would harm it. What I am interested in is if a snake would actually swallow it, hence the evidence.

May I also point out that when asked for evidence you immediately drop the claim about the frozen food.

I have had success with converting to pre killed first then f/t. If you do have a problem converting there are probably hundreds of threads on the topic if you search it.

I switch from F/T P/K all the time, and have never had a problem, except for the first time i tried with the one that has always been on live. I killed one to try it out, It took about 20-30 minutes before she struck at it, but she did take it. Now, I switch back and forth randomly just to keep it fresh with them. I did have to kinda get her mad enough to strike. now all of mine will take either, some take a little longer strike then others, but they will all do it.

    Hope this helps.:)
