I haven't really been able to attempt either yet due to space and finances but in the future I plan to. Sorry I can't help more but good luck and let us know if you learn. Post your projects, I'd love to see 'em!

Some really cool rogue taxidermy courtesy of Google images:

A lady named Sarina Brewer does most of these.

    Their stuff is awesome.
I got to see their exhibit in Los Angeles.
If i still did taxidermy I'd totally be a member.
Once I'm a home owner and have a garage I'll get back into it.

Thanks for all your replies. I am 16 and have a lot of time on my hands, so I thought this would be a good thing to do.

Hmmm nope but that's kinna cool. I think if one day, *knocks on wood* in like 50 years, Grace ever dies, I will do that with her body so I can always look at my pretty baby. I mean after I quit bawling that is.

OMG I do! I currently have a rat skeleton and a possum skeleton in the process of decomposing.
It's nothing fancy, just not stepping on them, lol. not bleaching or anything.
My mom has a cat(?) skeleton that I have on my wall.:)
