To the OP - Is the belly turning pink or has the rest of the body started to dull out a bit? If so a shed is coming. Soaking won't help the shed, but what will help is to make sure that you are misting down the enclosure if your relative humidity isn't already high. This above all else will help ensure that the shed comes off solid and in one piece. Keep us updated and congrats on your first BP!

Bps don't usually soak, so I wouldn't bother with a bowl that big. Seems they only soak if they have mites or are too hot seems to be what I have read. I would just wait and see, the rest will probably blue over.

Her body doesn't look any different, but her head definitely looks like she's about to shed. And like I said, she was dunking her head underwater repetitively. Her humidity is around 30 to 40, and temp is around 90-95 on the hot end, lower 80's on the cool end.

if shes about to shed the humidity should be around 70-75% and the hot spot should be 88-92

Humidity needs to be way up. 60-70 for shed. That could be part of problem. Temps may be a tad bit to high also. Check out the caresheet. If she is soaking her head, you might also take a good look around for mites. What color is she, maybe you haven't noticed the rest of her fade out? Pictures??
