    What is the RH in the room?

    If it is 70% the tub will not get much lower. Remember the water bowl and substrate are the sources of RH in the tub (and the snake too... breath is damp) proper ventilation like what you seem to have a smaller bowl and you should have no problems 70% or not. RI causing bacteria (floria) are helped along not solely by high RH but low ventilation stagnation is a huge issue. It looks like you have enough ventilation.

    Ok well i removed some of the substrate and that lowered it to 53 - 55% :) finally!
