    Well guy's, I gave it my best shot. I tried everything that I could think of and also what Tigergenesis did with the 108 degree thing. It didnt work. I even left it in there for several hours and all he ever did with it was use it as a speed bump because it was in his path of slithering. So.......I dont know if I will try to give it another shot the next time I feed him or not. He struck and ate the live mouse with no problem, then just ignored everything I tried with the f/t. After giving up on the f/t I went ahead and tossed in another live one and he immidiately took care of it. So either he is just going to eat live, or it is going to take a lot of trying on my part with the f/t's.

    Tigergenesis, thanks for the tip. Do you warm your mice in a baggie in warm/hot water or use another method?

    Carl, sorry to hear that. You may just have one who simply will not switch. On the other hand, you could maybe try scenting the live ones with the f/t and vice-versa. I'm sure that wouldn't be pleasant for the live mouse, but neither will the end result.
