    Roaches, anyone,
I hear ya on moving not being fun. I haven't moved in 4 years, so it will take a good while to get through the stuff I've (and the kids have) accumulated in that time. Before that I averaged a move every year or two, so I got a lot of practice. If everything goes right for me, this time I will be moving into my own home for the first time. If not, just one more rental to deal with. I just hope I can get all this sorted out, because I am so ready to have a home for myself and the kids, and have already picked out one with a snake room. ;)

Rusty, we moved from Texas to Virginia this past summer, and it took us a month to move as well. I NEVER want to be that long between homes again. It was exhausting! And we have to move cross-country again this summer, and then most likely again the following summer. I'm not looking forward to it...but I do try to focus on the adventure of it all...and each new place will hopefully open up new herp doors that I haven't found so far!

    This just left me dumbfounded...
The last time I moved, I moved 2 blocks from the old house. Boy, it took at least a day and a half.

I've got a bp who will only eat frozen thawed after 2 hours of sitting around in the cage. Often in a bag too. But it's my best eater, and eating FT is really a good thing, too picky tho :)

Sorry everybody. Didn't realize that this had been done before. That is what I get for not paying attention. Now I have to stay after class. Boohoo!

When I first got Eleanor she would ONLY eat white f/t rats. I got one with a black head and she tried for nearly 2 hours to swallow it at it's shoulders before just giving up. I tried a couple other black and whites because it was all I could get for a while and she couldn't figure how to eat any of them... luckily I came across an all black one eventually and now color doesn't seem to make a difference, lol
