    The seller was up front about their poss het status and may have been thrown off by being asked for paperwork proving they are hets when they are clearly labeled as 66%. Personally, I think he should have gone further in explaining the genetics and probability but he may have thought saying there was a pied in the clutch was enough to explain the 66% description.

    Also, there's nothing wrong with "standing behind animals [you] produce" even if they are not 100% het recessives. I hope every seller stands behind the animals they produce regardless of the morph!

    I did a search for 100% het pied, so....I would say about 1/2 of that...only a few 2012's, but you get the idea.
