I use it for my BCI and my Kingsnake, and they both love it. I use newspaper for my BP's, because I have 8 of them. It wouldn't be very cost effective for me to use Bed-a-Beast for all of them. That is the only reason I don't use it for my BP's. I suspect they would love being able to burrow into it (I like using a thick layer of it).
If I was rich, I'd use it for all my snakies.

Works good, but probably not as well as cypress. I have to spray it down about twice a week to keep it damp.

Ambient temps VS ground temps?
we use cypress mulch here, (most snakes and monitors are on it).
While in quarenteen they are kept on unprinted newspaper thou (we need to be able to collect fecal samples) but once they are out they go into a "naturalistic envirnment"
