Boy, I don't know what that could be. Maybe someone else can chime in, but perhaps its hard urates that need to pass? Maybe a warm water soak??

Male and females both have the 'hooks', called spurs. they can be small or large, or almost non-existent. The white 'poop like things' are urates, or essentially excess calcium and essentially solidified snake-pee. A luke-warm water soak won't hurt anything, and may help soften whatever is in there. What they mean by gas is if when you massage the bumps, if they feel like pockets of air, or if it feels solid/hard. So.. when you feel the bumps, do they feel hard (like lumps of chalk), gassy (pockets of air), or rubbery (like soft pencil eraser, or hard boiled egg)? the thing that concerns me most is that it also looks like the spine is bent or that the bump extends to the back, and isn't just within the abdomen. Whatever you do, just be very gentle. Don't force it if it feels like it wont budge. Without knowing what's inside, applying too much force could cause more problems.

How long has it been there? Has it slowly started to appear, or was this over the course of a day or two, or instantly? If it's just urates/poo, you likely have little to worry about, but if it's been there a while, and particularly if it's getting larger, a vet visit may be necessary.
