    generally whenever i feel like it but i only track it after few days from their shed and poo. you could always weigh their food. so you know how much to take off when you weigh them. but there is always gonna be a +/- in their weights.

    I weigh mine on a regular basis, but I try to do it 1 or 2 days before a meal so that they're as empty as they're going to be.

    I also am not overly concerned about empty weights either. I track deification and weight so if I notice a odd low to no gain I also can see if there is a poo in between or not. Over a given period of time it balances out.
