To start, there is your pic LOL
Yesterday was a really really bad day for me, my friends and my family, if you are on my FB you know most of the details.
These eggs have been real wrinkled from the day I found them. I didnt think they would make it because they were BAD. I have been candeling them every couple of days just waiting for the veins to die.:tears:
This is my first clutch from my girls. The male was a het albino from a known source and the female is a het albino on a CL gamble.
Well after how (insert foul language here) the day was I figured its my first clutch, they still look bad and never plumped up, they are probably all dead in the eggs, they are on day 55 so why not just put the cherry on the pie and totally screw my night so I can sleep on it and get over it.:mad::mad::mad::rage::rage::rage::rage::mad::mad::mad::mad:
Well, THEY PROVED!!! I have 3 normals and 2 albinos and to top it off they are all alive as of now:banana::banana::banana:
Looks like a little "Jeep" luck rubbed of on me:D
I will post more pics after they come out of the eggs in a couple days, and yes I did cry a little. Just mad my day a little better some.
Glad they are doing well - We recently had a similar clutch, and if you can believe it, ours looked twice as bad. Imagine a crumbled up paper towel - that was our eggs. They were extra firm, the shells thick. We cut them a little early for fear that an egg tooth was destined for destruction against the inside of the shells. 4/5 of ours hatched, but two came out extra small, didn't absorb all of their yolks, and 1 has 4 minor kinks at the base of his tail.
It's amazing how much they can actually handle and live through - so happy yours came out healthy!
