I think you eggs will be just fine but I want to point out that bird eggs can be refrigerated and still hatch, as long as they are cooled BEFORE incubation starts. A bird egg will not start to develop until the mother or father actually start to brood and brings it up to incubation temps. Unlike reptiles bird don't lay all eggs at once. They may be laid over a period of multiple days and when the mother has laid all her eggs she will begin to sit, which will ensure that they all hatch around the same time. Just an FYI.
